Stevensville Mayor Brandon Dewey and Family

About Mayor Dewey

Growing up in Stevensville, community involvement is at the heart of who Mayor Dewey is. From the early age of 10 standing on a bucket to scoop ice cream at the Soda Fountain, to his 12 years of service on the Fire Department starting at age 14, his demonstrated commitment to Stevensville includes dedicated service on community boards, projects, and events.

Mayor Dewey has lived through the growth and change our town has experienced over the past two decades. He knows Stevensville’s history and our values. Today, he puts his 10+ years of experience in Stevensville’s local government to work, benefiting our quality of life now and into the future.

As a young professional, Mayor Dewey has brought innovation, efficiency, and vision to Town Hall through conservative financial responsibility and the prioritization of initiatives that build a resilient economy and stronger community.

From the Mayor:

Family. My family raised me with the same values that make Stevensville the community where Tasha and I continue to raise our growing family. Time spent with our families is priceless. The Town must do what it can to promote and sustain strong, healthy families here in Stevensville, making a great community to live and work!

Faith. Tasha and I are grateful to have been brought up with good Christian beliefs and strong moral standards. My faith in God leads me to do what is right in my service, no matter how simple the gesture or daunting the challenge.

Community. A sense of community is what makes our Town thrive. It's our job as your leaders to preserve that sense of community and participate in productive ways.
