Online Citizen Assistance Form for Ideas, Comments, and Complaints

INSTRUCTIONS: This form is designed to process, expedite, and track complaints or requests for City services. Requests will be processed in the order received unless it is an emergency. Please fill out the following to file a complaint or report a code violation.  Note: Complaints submitted with invalid Reporting Party information will be considered a false report and will not be processed.

*Pursuant to Montana State Law, the Town of Stevensville is not authorized to disclose confidential criminal justice information prior to the filing of an official criminal, civil, or administrative proceeding. This means that the identity or any identifying information regarding the complaining witness will not be shared with anyone, including suspects until such proceeding is initiated. Additionally, any suspect in a code violation investigation that threatens, harasses, or intimidates a potential witness in the investigation could be subject to criminal penalties for tampering with witnesses and informants. Doing so carries a potential penalty of up to 10 years in prison and up to $50,000 in fines. If a complainant is threatened, harassed, or intimidated by a suspect they are encouraged to call the Town of Stevensville Police and file a report.
