Parking Not to Obstruct Traffic and Additional Parking Regulations
A friendly reminder from the mayor's office about parking not to obstruct traffic and additional parking regulations.
Sec. 24-275. - Parking not to obstruct traffic.
It shall be unlawful for any person to park a vehicle in the municipality that does not leave available at least 24 feet of driving area on any street, or to block access to a neighbor's property, or to obstruct clear vision at intersecting streets.

Additional Parking Regulations (MCA-Montana Code Annotated)
61-8-355. Additional parking regulations. (1) Except as otherwise provided in this section, a vehicle that is stopped or parked on a two-way roadway must be stopped or parked with the right-hand wheels of the vehicle parallel to and within 18 inches of the right-hand curb or as close as practicable to the right edge of the right-hand shoulder.
